Mileage Tracker
What it does
Track vehicle mileage for rentals and trips, then log payments and payouts. Entries alternate between START (rental out) and STOP (return). The running Total and the Last entry are always shown in the top bar.
Using the keypad
Type the last 1–3 digits of the odometer for a quick rolling update, or the full 4–6 digit reading for an exact value. Then tap Save.
One ride at a time
Once someone starts a ride, other devices show who started it and the keypad is locked until that person records the return. This prevents two people entering conflicting mileage.
Editing & deleting
Open Log & Edit Trips to correct any entry. You can delete the most recent record — but only the person who created it can. Every edit and deletion is kept in the Audit Logs.
Payments & reports
Log a mileage payout (auto-calculated from unpaid distance × your rate) or other costs like fuel and service. Reports summarise distance driven and payments for the month and year.
Data & sync
Trips and payments are stored in a shared database, so every device sees the same records. Your name is saved on this device only and tags the entries you make.
